The process of permanently straightening hair. For curly and difficult to manage hair.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an individual appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. For Wedding Parties and Special Event Parties we require a deposit and a 72 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.

CORRECTION POLICY
If you require any type of correction, please notify us within 72 hours. Any corrections must be done within 7 days of the initial service. Failure to do so may incur additional fees unless approved by management. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be granted.

PAYMENTS
We accept cash as well as all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

RETAIL POLICY
All retail sales of hair products are final. Cash refunds are not given. If a refund is given due to extenuating circumstances it will be given in the form of a gift card that can be used in the Jonathan David Salon of Palo Alto, CA.
